When will I get over pneumonia?? should i go back to the doctor?

So i went to the doctor and ended up haveing pneumonia on about the 13th or so of october. I really am sick of being sick because i had bronchitis back on september 12 and i havent been better since then. i have already taken a full round (10 days) of antibiotics called cipro and started takeing them on the 13 of OCT now it is NOV 2 and i still have a bit of a cough and constantly have this clear white junk come up in my throat from wherever the hell and i cant seem to get rid of it i dont really quite know how long it will be there and i am definitly not wanting to go back to being sick again because i have been sick for a very long time now and i have so many things i need to do. its disgusting this stuff in my throat is thick and is NEVERENDING ive been trying to take care of myself and stay out of the cold but i need my body to get normal again and dont quite know what to do. should i go back to the doctor to make sure im still on track for being ok? really dont want to though because i lack health insurance and that is killer right there not to mention the X rays ive already had. i still have some cough not too bad and maybe some rattling in my chest every once in a while the stuff in my throat is clear and white and very thick my chests hurts a littel sometimes also and i am short of breath sometimes to. do i need to go back to the doctor or should i let it run its course???? is there anything i can do at home or any over the counter stuff i can use??

Choosing who to vote for or which political party to support should be somewhat of an intellectual process. I can respect those that have differing opinions from me, when they have a thought out reason for those opinions. But there are people that probably should not vote, those without the brains or intellect to actually make a reasoned choice. It seems to me that if you cannot find out from your voter pamphlet or by calling your county clerk where or how you are to vote, then maybe you lack the intellect to vote. Where are my O2 Sensors?

I'm looking for my O2 Sensors on my 2005 Lincoln Navigator. I think I found the upstream O2 sensor(in front of the Catalytic converter), but I can't find the downstream. I see what appears to be one actually ON the catalytic converter, but it doesn't look quite the same as the upstream, is that it? It seems like everything I read online says it should be after the catalytic converter and before the muffler. But the only sensor i see is actually on the converter. Any help is mucho appreciated. As we all know, heat is everywhere on this planet, and nearly impossible to get rid of. So what if we could put it to use? Since excess heat is the most plentiful (and currently unwanted) thing on the planet, why not figure out how to get rid of it by converting it into something useful? I got arrested when I was 16yrs old. Breaking & Entering in a Abandoned house. Judge ordered me to 12 hrs Community Service. Did not even get probation. It was a misdemeanor. I am now 29yrs old. I want to better my life and my familes life so I enlisted with the navy. I ped all exams. Received a 79 on my ASVAB. Went to MEPS and ped everything with flying colors. Even qualified for the SEAL program. Background check came back and said that the misdemeanor was actually a felony. I requested and received my juvenile records and it says it B&E with intent to commit a felony. It also says I was ordered to do community service. Which means it was a misdemeanor, but my recruiter said it was a felony. I had never served any time in jail and never was on probation. My recruiter said I have to write a statement and I did. 2 days later he said it was rejected. This happen'd just on july 2nd. Is there any chance someone can overturn the decision? Or can I try again on the beginning of the new fiscal year? Is it even possible? I want to enter the Navy so bad to be a better provider for my family. In my heart, the Navy is me and I am the Navy. Someone, please give me some honest good news. And just for the record, I was tried as a juvenille, not an adult.

It may well be that when the job was done the plumber (or apprentice) turned off the cold feed to the hot water circuit and forgot to turn it back on. Look under the boiler for isolating valves. So, I was on bc for about 7 yrs. I stopped my bc early june 2010. i never had a period after i stopped the pill until a PA at the doctor's office put me on a round of Provera in December. I had a withdrawal bleed from this medicine and nothing since. No period=no ovulation. So now here my and my husband are on 9 months of ttc with no success. I can't even time when we bd because i never have my period. I expressed my concern to the PA in November and she said that if I did not have a period again by March to come back and see one of the DOCTORS at the office. I straight out told her I have an underlying problem (no periods) and was getting frustrated with ttc and asked her for Provera AND clomid-she refused the clomid until we have been trying for 1 yr. Has anyone gotten pg with a similar irregular cycle experience? Do you think I should actually wait 2 more months to see the MD again or go back sooner? Thank you for your time.

How to build a fence on an unlevel surface?

I am planing on installed a large fence (150ft) and it slopes downhill a bit. Instead of using pre-fab 6x8 panels I am just going to make my own using 4x, 2x4 and standard dog ear slats. I am going to space the 4x4's 8' apart but then when I attach the 2x4 supports do I just go a certain distance from the ground and keep it the same or do I level the top of the fence or do I just put the dogear pieces the same distance from the ground making the top of the fence slope with the ground? I am trying to avoid the "stepped" look of a prefab panel.

Sounds fine to me. Make sure you set the video driver settings to application controlled. I have had the same problem myself using Radeon cards on WoW. First there was choppy framerate, but after changing its much more smoother graphical draw and higher FPS counts (pending on res and quality settings).

Why is there no decent fantasy/medieval themed multi-player first person shooter games out there?

Hexen sucked, but they were on the right track. Quake started out that way, and then they added grenade launchers when there wasn't enough pop. You would think by adding powerful range weapons, multiple cles, and magic items, randomly dispersed potions and spells, a developer could make it pretty action packed, especially with deathmatch arenas and co-op quests. Horses, pegasus, dragons to ride, all that would be sweet. Oblivion with multi-player would be a start.

Getting over infedelity?

Golden Retriever has mange?

I own a 10 year old male Golden and he was treated for Demodectic mange last year. The vet said it was hereditary and that he could have gotten it from his mother. Anyway he was shaved and went through a series of dips. That didn't help. Then the vet ran more test and say that he has a thyroid problem. He has been on thyroid medicine now for about 2 months and he has had one dose of Promeris flea treatment (he said it was good for loss of hair) Anyway, it hasn't grown back, in fact he looks worse. Is there anyone out there that has had a Golden Retriever with this problem. I can go back to the vet but any information you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks

How do I help my son and granddaughter?

My 21 year old son just got custody of his 18 month old daughter 2 months ago and found out about her existence 4 months ago when her mother died and her boyfriend was imprisoned for her death and physically abusing her and the baby. He found out through her friends that he was the father but that she was afraid of her boyfriend so she never told my son, but he just knew it was his baby since she looks identical to his baby pictures. He had a lot of court issues since the ex was on the birth certificate but that's all cleared up now, but my granddaughter has showed extreme emotional issues. She's extremely clingy towards my son and if he leaves for a second, but gets really really upset. He just started going back to school 2 weeks ago so me and my husband watch her and its been hell. She won't sleep alone and if my son so much as raises his voice, she runs around screaming like she's in pain. One time my son had a belt in his hand (he was putting it on, not discipling her) but when she saw it she ran away from him and hid for 2 hours. When he found her, she was in absolute terror and had dug her nails into her arms. It was horrible. Her "step-father" used to beat her mother in front her her so she gets scared when she hears people arguing, and they used to leave her alone for hours on end, which explains the separation anxiety. My son loves her very much, (as do all of us) but we're not sure how to help her.

Gold Block is a good choice for beginners and intermediates, it's easily available, good quality and has a medium flavour, Erinmore is also apparently pable. Radford's Sunday's Fantasy (Radford also make other flavoured products) is a good flavoured tobacco, it's a little more expensive than the others mentioned but not hugely and has a very pleasant aroma, not only for the smoker, but to people like me who around the one smoking it, you'd probably have to go to a tobacconist for this though, supermarkets are unlikely to stock it.

1999 Chevy Astro Van - Running rough and stalls out in rainy/snowy/wet weather!?

1st happened in the winter a few years ago... it was snowing and it started running really rough before it stalled out on the highway. I sat for about 10 minutes and it started back up. Drove for about 2 or 3 miles and it starting running rough again. Repair shop said it had some bad wires and plugs and they gave it a tune up. Still did the same thing in the wet weather. Had the distibutor cap changed...no luck. Eventually had the wires and plugs changed again, along with the cap again... still nothing. Somebody said something about a module or something under the distributor cap would probably fix it. Anybody have any clue what they were talking about? The guy acted like he knew what he was talking about... like he had the same problems and this fixed it. HELP PLEASE!!!

What kind of cusion required for a 'break-fall' from a little over 10 feet?

Have a show in September where I have to fall from a little over 10 feet onto a stage, making it look like i've fallen from the sky. Not landing on my feet, doing a 'break-fall' maneuver where I absorb the impact with my entire body and reduce possibly bodily damage. I have experience with break falling but i've never really done too much over 5 feet. What kind of cushioning will I need? Practiced yesterday at about 7 feet onto bare gr and was fine.

How can I get the smell of dog out of my quilt?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I have washed this quilt 3 times (getting ready for the 4th!), and it still smells like dog. My mother-in-law came and stayed with us for a month (she was moving back from out of state) and brought her dog. This dog smelled rank (though she said she gave her a bath before she came) and laid all over one of my good quilts. I can't get the disgusting scent out of it. I have a dog too, but he doesn't make my things smell like *this*. What should I do? I've tried washing it with baking soda, bleach, and laundry detergent AND I put 2-3 dryer sheets in the dryer with it. HELP!!!

What about a landscaping worker using a nearby wooded ravine to relieve himself?

It's rather a delicate matter, but this has posed a real dilemma for me. It was not possible, for various reasons, including the preference of the landscaping company, for the workers to have access to my home to use toilet facilities. And they did not provide a port-a-potty of any sort. I asked what the men were supposed to do about this and was told that they knew to drive to a nearby location or back to the main office when they needed to use the bathroom. But one, in particular, did not. There are a number of houses nearby and children often play in that area (I'm pretty sure this was not a matter of urination alone, as he was absent for a longer period of time than that would presumably require!), so my gut feeling is that human waste should not be left there. But am I making too much of this? Just let it go?
