What do YOU think about this?

So I found out that Phoenix Phenom sued Black Eyed Peas for Boom Boom Pow and that they stole their song Boom Dynamite. This just makes me mad because only 1 word is the same and that's it! The songs to me don't sound the same either. So I was wondering, what do you think about this? Also, do you even like the song, Boom Dynamite at all? I like Boom Boom Pow better!
