Why are guys like this?

We are extremely protective of our sisters. All guys aren't like that, but I am with my sister. Not over-protective, like you're talking about, but protective enough. He'll grow out of a lot of it. You need to tell him that sometimes his protection isn't needed or appreciated. Tell him till he understands. There's no way around having to tell him.
