What's the fastest way to get better gear in World of Warcraft?

I have a lvl 80, and just started doing dungeons like at lvl 70. I didn't do a lot of PVP when I was lvling. Now I want to do Heroics, and I don't have good enough gear. I only have 38 Emblem of Triumph.
