R these signs she likes me?

i used to like this girl from work right ill call her "Jess"and then i liked some1 else and now i like "jess" again. she wanted to look at my new fone so i gave it to her and she put her number in. is this a sign that she may like me? im pretty nervous around ghirls but not so much "jess". also she used to ask me wat i was doin even tho sometimes it was pretty obvious (like refilling the drink fridge or something). is this a sign that she wanted to talk to me? should i ask her out? i mean ive known her for like over 6 months but when i txted her she sed she had to go and all her txts she sends me r really brief. i dont know what to do plz help?
