Eli Manning or Brett Favre in week 1?

Eli Manning. He is playing the Panthers, while Brett is playing the Saints. I think it's pretty obvious which team has the better defense. Plus, Brett is missing his best receiver (Sidney Rice), and Harvin might (20%) not play. While their not playing, Manning has a lot of targets such as Steve Smith, Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham. Also, Bradshaw (Giants running back) is pretty good at catching the ball and running with it, as he shown in the Giants very first preseason game against the Jets
