Do any democrats oppose the fairness doctrine?

the fairness doctrine would essentially end conservative talk radio because it would force radio stations to have equal time to liberal views and if they didn't wish to respond, the stations would have no choice but to not air the existing conservative views..this is how they hope to end Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, Ingram, Savage...etc..do you as a democrat think this is "fairness"?
