Hr&block emerald card deposits (no deposits)?

i filed on the 15th of jan and after waiting i did a lot of running today , went to local IRS office was told by them my account is under "GMA" and the staus is "PERFECTED" wtf? i was told by hr &r block i would get my money on the tues after MLK birthday then the 29th well still nothing .I paid $300.00 to them thinking i would get my refund like they advertise! call your congress people and ***** ,i did! what is gma perfected status HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
