What type of iodine tablets for radiation?

I'm uming you mean to protect against radiation, right? If that's the case, potium iodide (KI) (given in the form of a saturated solution of potium iodide (SSKI)) helps protect the thyroid gland from absorbing radioactive iodine, I-131, by staturating the thyroid gland/ preventing absorption of I-131.
