If you can't find out where to vote on your own should you really be allowed to vote?

Choosing who to vote for or which political party to support should be somewhat of an intellectual process. I can respect those that have differing opinions from me, when they have a thought out reason for those opinions. But there are people that probably should not vote, those without the brains or intellect to actually make a reasoned choice. It seems to me that if you cannot find out from your voter pamphlet or by calling your county clerk where or how you are to vote, then maybe you lack the intellect to vote. Add to this those who can't figure out how to work a voting machine. If one cannot figure out how to punch the right hole in a paper card, how can they figure out which person will make a better leader.
