Chances of getting into Penn St university park?

My freshman and sopre year I was at a very difficult catholic school. I transferred to a public school for financial reasons. They transferred my fresh/soph grades to my new school as a 3.0. But junior year I took 4 APs and got a 3.9 unweighted and a 5.7 weighted. But if you average my gpa for all three years I have a 3.33. Do you think Penn St will just look at my 3.9 because of my situation or my ulative. Also I have not yet taken the SAT but did very well on the PSAT and I am a three sport varisty athlete and president of the Future Business Leaders of America club
