Writing tool?

I'm looking for an electronic writing tool which is easy to carry and is hand sized. I heard that PDA's have a word processor so that would be perfect, but most PDA's these days have a lot of extra's and you can also use them as a phone. I wouldn't want to use it as a phone, just as a writing tool. Does anyone know good PDA's that are not phones and are reasonably priced? And where to get them in Belgium?
