Where can i find a copy of a pamphlet called so you'er a young lady now? published in the late 1950's?

it's an informative pamphlet for teen or preteen girls. i don't think it was no more than 20 pages. i was given one in the late 1950's, and would like to find a copy for my granddaughters.
