Possibilities of bicycle through the hilly Tuscany region...?

Hi, well I have lived in Tuscany for a long time and I have quite a good knowledge from there. The re is no one road around hills covered with wheat. Tuscany has three million and a half inhabitants and extends over 23 thousand square kilometers, therefore it has a lot of hilly roads around wheat fields, trust me on that!
