Girls and women, what's the most important thing for you...?

when meeting a guy and getting to know them??? Is it his looks, attitude, style, personality, cl, intellect, $$$, car, etc??? Also which would you prefer, a guy you were only attracted to physically, but more than likely would lie and cheat on you, or a guy who was completely genuine and honest with you about everything, but was not as physically attractive as the other guy.
