How can I get the smell of dog out of my quilt?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I have washed this quilt 3 times (getting ready for the 4th!), and it still smells like dog. My mother-in-law came and stayed with us for a month (she was moving back from out of state) and brought her dog. This dog smelled rank (though she said she gave her a bath before she came) and laid all over one of my good quilts. I can't get the disgusting scent out of it. I have a dog too, but he doesn't make my things smell like *this*. What should I do? I've tried washing it with baking soda, bleach, and laundry detergent AND I put 2-3 dryer sheets in the dryer with it. HELP!!!
