Why dont christians like barack obama?

Ok i'm 13 and I was a big fan of barack obama,i'm also a christian, but when I started to go to a new church which was a church of mostly white people I always heard them slandering barack talking about that he is a muslim just because he had some muslim teaching, they act like people dont have difficulties in there life even abraham lincoln was an atheist at some point.I just saying that why dont christians pull there crap together and help out this dude.John f. Kennedy said "ask not what your counrtry can do for you but what you can do for your country", I dont know about you christians but i'm going to keep praying for our president.
